Infinite Crisis on Earth Real?

Alright so I saw this online and it instantly reminded me of Alexander Luthor from Infinite Crisis trying to form his Earth again. The giant hand of Alexander. So is this proof of a real Crisis in reality? Will people start coming back from the dead because some Superboy is going to punch something and the ripples will change history? We'll just have to wait and see.

It's a nebula and the blue stuff is emanating from it. Looks a lot like a world smashing hand though to me.
